The front desk reception Mon through Friday is so wonderful, so polite, and has the best attitude. I can’t say enough about her. When you walk into any place and the staff that work there are not people’s persons it ruins your day. From the time you walk into Pine View you are met with a beautiful lady with a beautiful smile and beautiful attitude. Thank you!
Pine View is an amazing rehabilitation facility. They are top notch from admission through my husband’s entire stay. Every need is met with urgency and the entire staff is awesome. I give them a 10 out of 10. You won’t be disappointed. They treat the family with compassion and respect. I am so thankful for this facility and the excellent care my husband is receiving.
This place has helped my sister tremendously. Out of all the places she has been this is the one that did the most. It’s a very clean facility. It smells well and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
I just want to give a huge thank you to everyone at Pineview!! You’ve really made a difference in my family’s life. My grandma has been through so much over the years. In and out of the hospital, and we watched her health go downhill. It was hard to see, especially because my grandma helped raise me. She’s always been one of the most important people in my life.
My mom has been her caregiver for 17 years. She’s done everything for her…even taking time off work just to make sure she was okay. But after a while, it got to be too much for her to handle, so my grandma moved into a nursing home for two years. This past May, we brought her back home, but not long after that, she ended up in the hospital again and had multiple surgeries.
That’s when she came to Pine View and that’s when everything started to change for the better.
Since being at Pine View, my grandma has gotten so much stronger. She’s walking again, smiling more, and just seems like herself again. The whole team has worked so hard to help her recover, and it honestly means the world to us.
Thank you so much for helping her heal and giving us hope again. I’m really happy knowing she’ll be able to come back home soon to be with my mom, my brother, and me. We’re so grateful for all the love, care, and support you’ve given her. You’ll never know how much it truly means to us.
I have just witnessed a remarkable outcome from their rehabilitation team. My sister was unable to walk without a limp for over seven years. She has been at Pine View for only two weeks and she is walking and climbing stairs. She still has away to go with her recovery but with God and the therapist guiding her I’m sure she will make a full recovery.
I had the absolute joy of witnessing my sister-in-law, Karen Andrews, walk and climb steps for the first time in over seven years! It was a powerful and emotional moment for all of us.
My nieces and I are beyond grateful to the incredible therapy team at Pine View for their dedication and care! A special thank-you to Stephanie (Physical Therapy), Jenny (Occupational Therapy), and Emma (Speech Therapy). Your hard work, encouragement, and compassion have made such a difference in Karen’s life!
Karen speaks so highly of her therapy sessions and genuinely looks forward to seeing Stephanie and Jenny every day! Your efforts are not just helping her heal physically, but also emotionally and mentally.
The staff on 2W, as well as the Social Services Department, are doing an amazing job with my uncle who has been there for 3 years. As a nurse, I am so pleased with the attentiveness, communication and follow-through with his care. The facility has changed ownership three times and this time was the winning combination!
I wanted to be sure you all know just how special your people are at Pineview.
I was a visitor at Pineview on 5/29/25, along with my wife and mother to see my cousin, Vincent Clark. My mother is in a wheelchair and is, herself, a long term resident of Little Flower Nursing Home in Darby. Our visit was very nice with the weather cooperating for a visit in the courtyard. At approximately 3:20, we went to leave and. like I had done 100 times before when traveling with my mother, I started to transfer her from her wheelchair to a stepstool then to maneuver her into the front seat of my car. In that moment, something went wrong. My mother lost her balance and fell into the floor of my car and became wedged between the front seat and the door. Unable to reposition or lift her myself I ran into the lobby in a panic and asked the receptionist for help. The response was overwhelming! There were at least a half dozen people that came out to help my mother. There was a man that helped me reposition my mother to a seated position to wait for EMS that had been called to assist. There was an RN who sat on the ground holding my mother’s hand. There were ladies giving my mother encouragement. There was even a lady that chased after us to make sure I had gotten my stepstool back after I left it in all of the chaos. EMS was able to get her back into the car. According to my mother she was a little sore but no real discomfort.
Sadly, I didnt get a single name of any of the people that helped us, but I wanted to let you all know that, from the bottom of our hearts we appreciate all of you and what you all did for my mom.
I have been to Pineview several times to visit my cousin and was always impressed with the friendliness of all of your folks as well as the quality of care my cousin is receiving.
I spent almost 40 years in the medical fleld as a Medical Technologist. I can’t even begin to count the number of lives I have helped. There are so many people actually involved with healthcare that are crucial to the care but remain anonymous and most times aren’t thanked. I hope this will get out to all involved yesterday, from the receptionist that sounded the alarm to everyone that responded. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you all!!!!
When I say this facility is top notch. Yes, it functions like is a well oiled machine. EVERYONE is on top of their job! I highly recommend Pine View. A+ care/service provided 7 days a week.
Pine View Rehab is amazing. They are a 10 out of 10 rating. The staff, clinical, therapists and CNA’s are always available to assist you with any questions! The facility is clean and they offer many activities for the patients! I am so pleased with Pine View for my love one!
Everyone is pleasant and the clinical care is on point. This is my husband’s first few days at the rehab. So far, everyone has been pleasant and again, his clinical care is excellent. Therapy’s will begin soon and I’m looking forward to his next steps!
The staff was very friendly. The facility was clean and appeared comfortable, with activities in the common areas with access to fresh air and sunshine.
Clean environment, great staff.
Very pleasant! Very helpful when assistance is necessary! Kudos overall!! Most importantly, smiles & greetings!!! Lobby area, consistently consistent!! NICE & REFRESHING!!!
Beautiful facility with a dedicated staff of caring healthcare professionals. As a healthcare worker, I interface with many facilities weekly and Pine View staff members are always friendly and accountable.
My husband has been in Pine View for about a month… He was in 3 other rehabs and Pine View is the best one… The nurses, the aides, PT and OT, and speech therapist are just wonderful… Destiny, Betty, Susan, Stephanie and Sherrie are the best… Can’t forget Michelle at the front desk who greets you with such precious words and her gorgeous smile… I just can’t say enoupositive words about this place. EVERYONE in the rehab are awesome… Thank you all for taking care of my husband and may God bless you all ❤️
Sorry I couldn’t mention everyone’s name.
I visited Mom again today. She recently fractured her hip, and aside from living at Pine View, is rehabbing there. She’s loving the staff, especially now the therapy sessions. I am very hopeful that, even at 91, she’ll mend quickly. My wife & I appreciate the friendliness, and attention given by the entire staff on board. Thanks Pine View!
It is difficult to make good decisions in the midst of a life-changing crisis. My cousin and I entered the doors of Pine View and met the extraordinary people who made the transition from home to hospice seamless. Their excellent care and compassion extends beyond the patient, who was treated with love, kindness and dignity. The family members are greeted with warmth. We felt comfortable when going home, knowing that my cousin was in a safe, caring environment. My cousin spent the last six months of her life here. The entire staff’s caring assured that her transition into Heaven was peaceful. Above and beyond, 5 Stars, no accolade is strong enough to describe the care our family received at Pine View. Except perhaps to say, they were Angels.
My very dear friend lived at Pine View for six months. Every person that I crossed paths with at Pine View was warm and welcoming to me always. The people that work there became a family to my friend and her sister who visited every day. In the most difficult times, they brought calm and peace with their loving care and truly got to know my friend as a person. I hope that they know what a gift they all were to the family and friends of this very special person in our lives. Keep doing what you are doing, you all make a difference in this world. Forever grateful.
Pineview has been an incredible support for me as an only child caring for my two parents. While the challenges can be daunting, my love and commitment to my parents drive me to navigate them. I’m truly grateful for the blessing that Pineview has been in our lives. They welcomed one of my parents with open arms, and hearing him express his enjoyment of being there means the world to me. I wholeheartedly recommend Pineview to others seeking care for their loved ones.
Stopped by with my mother today to visit an old friend. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful in finding our friends location. Building was festively decorated for the holidays. Met several residents who looked very happy.
Very thankful for the regular support here. Mom’s phone went down (her lifeline), and they quickly found her a temporary unit, while ordering a permanent replacement. Big thank you to Basil there (asst admin). He’s awesome!
I would like to thank Virginia and Enstar for taking care of my Mom. They have both been part of the staff for quite a while and we are lucky to have them care for Mom. I am so grateful for what they do on one main.
Also, thank you to Kim, the Unit Manager on one main for always assisting us when we have a question or issue. And thank you to Ari!!
Thank you to the activity staff for helping to make the days more enjoyable!
Everyone was very pleasant to us, and the premises were very clean.
There or not enough words to describe the excellence at Pine View. From the moment you are greeted at the door by Michelle (Goldie), you feel welcomed and the same for every other person you meet throughout the day. Rhere’s a concern that relieves your heart that your loved one is there. Everybody that comes in – nurses and the aides are 100% caring, compassionate, welcoming, and concerned for your loved one and for the family. PT, OT and Speech exhibit a joy and a concern that lifts the spirit of your loved one and the family. We are so thrilled to be at Pine View.
My mother has been a resident of Pine View for the past two years. From our first visit to the facility we were warmly greeted by the receptionist, Michelle, who made us feel immediately welcome and still does to this day.
The staff helped us with the transition as our mom adjusted to living in a nursing home. It took a bit of time but eventually she formed relationships with several of the staff who, though professional, are caring, nurturing and supportive. My siblings and I have also gotten close to some of the support team who work with our mom. I feel lucky to have met the staff who have taken our mom under their wings. She is lucky to have such caring help. I didn’t expect to grow fond of the staff or the residents but it happened anyway.
We are happy with the care she has received so far. A special shoutout to Albert who was one of the first genuinely caring and gentle souls to interact with her and who has been a great comfort to her these past two years. Thank you, Albert. Brittany, you are a gem of a nurse and we are so glad our mom is in your care. Thanks to all the nurses, aides and staff who have made her feel welcome and special. It means so much to the family.
I am incredibly grateful to the dedicated staff at PineView Nursing Home for the exceptional care they provided to my wife. From the Administration to the Nursing team, Aides, Custodians, and Welcomers, everyone was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. In particular, I want to mention Alfreda, Betty, and Nadine, who stood out as the best Aides my wife has encountered in all the Nursing Homes she has been in. Their level of care and support went above and beyond what was expected. The Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists were also outstanding. They were always positive and offered valuable assistance. Stephanie, the Physical Therapist, deserves special mention for her understanding of my wife’s needs and abilities, which helped her make significant progress in her recovery.
I never want to go back to using that mechanical lift again. Thank you for teaching me to stand again. I look forward to going up to the gym for rehab, walking in the hallway, and even going up and down a full flight of steps. The best part of rehab has been my therapists teaching me and showing me how to do everything again. I thank you every day!
Pineview is so beautiful and is a very clean facility. The workforce is so professional. Social worker Bahiyyah Torres is excellent. She goes out of her way to help and get all the services for the patient. Nursing chief Jackie is par excellence! She understands all your concerns and she will make sure your loved one gets the best care! My husband has been in several nursing homes but this is THE BEST! I would recommend it to anyone… It is so clean and they cater to the patient’s needs! They have several activities for the patients so the patients are all engaged and encouraged. My husband enjoyed their services!
Thank you Pine View team for your patience, love and excellent service to the patients! You are really appreciated!
My mom is back and loves it there. Staff is great and friendly. Place is very clean. I don’t worry when my mom is there. They take great care of her.
We are so grateful! The care has been top notch, the communication from staff amazing, and our dad is making improvements that will prepare him to successfully return home. We can’t thank this professional team enough for their compassionate care. We highly recommend this facility for skilled rehab!
This nursing home was an absolute joy when my Mother was there. Clean. No smell. The staff was helpful and courteous. The staff doted on their patients. My mother was quite content being there and I was happy and relieved. I would highly recommend this facility for rehab and nursing home.
We are so impressed by our experience. Our family member entered under difficult circumstances following an out of state surgery. All the staff was so kind, attentive and welcoming. The admissions team was excellent and gathered information ahead of time so that on the day of admission, we could focus on our family member. The nurses, CNA’s, and the wonderful woman at the front desk made us feel supported from the moment we walked in. The Therapy dept. did immediate assessments which gathered such helpful information. It was a difficult day to face, but each step of the way, this beautiful facility and staff made it better. Much thanks!
